Our family’s butchery journey began in 1935, when Harry and Jim opened a butcher’s shop in Chessington. Built on hard work, quality produce, expert craftmanship and honest customer service, their shop quickly became a trusted part of the local community. Their passion for the trade was passed down through the generations, becoming more than just a business; it became a family legacy.
At a time when traditional high street butchers are becoming increasingly rare, we are proud to bring those values back to the community, offering premium quality meats, expert advice, traditional butchery skills, and the personal service that only a family-run business can provide.
Every cut we prepare reflects the generations who came before us. This new chapter is dedicated to my great grandfather and his brother, who started it all in 1935.
